GENERAL RULES & REGULATIONS
1 No alcoholic beverages will be consumed during a track event by any person or party. Any person drinking and/or taking drugs while riding will be immediately excused from the prem-ises, be fined the maximum penalty of the law, and will lose the ability to participate with Team Pro-Motion club.
2 Drugs or medications that may impair you in any way will not be tolerated. Each rider/entry will be responsible for his or her actions on and off the racetrack. Crew and family members are the responsibility of the rider/participant and must act appropriately.
3 If you are considering a lawsuit for any reason once entered onto the tracks property, you should not sign up and participate at one of our events.
4 Understand that at no time will blame for any reason be placed upon another participant, and that you take full responsibility in knowing the consequences that may arise.
5 Pit speeds will be limited to 10 m.p.h. SLOW in the pit area please, fast on the track!
6 Family and friends are welcome. There will be designated areas for spectators. Corners will be off limits for spectators since they are high-risk areas.
7 Check with the individual track rules pertaining bringing pets.
8 All participants must sign a liability waiver and assumption of risk form at the gate and at reg-istration before entering the track with their proper name and information. Must present valid picture ID.
9 Any participant who switches or rides in a group he/she is not registered for will forfeit their day, will be asked to leave for the day and will be given NO refund.
10 Any participant that loans his/her bike to a non participant will forfeit their day with no refund an be permanently banned from future participation.
11 No selling or exchanging of space to another rider without prior consent.
12 Riding another participants motorcycle without prior notification to a Team Pro-Motion regis-tration official is not acceptable. Please see an official.
13 Any rider passing improperly will sit out one session. Same offense twice will terminate the day with NO refunds given.
14 Rider must display their last name and shift pattern on the top of the fuel tank of their bike(s). If riding more than one bike at an event, rider must notify registration and tech. Name display is checked at tech inspection.
15 Participants will receive a Medical Data Carrier that must be applied and worn on the left lower side of their helmet while participating. (Med-dat supplied at track)
16 Group changes are to be made only by officials (Coaches). The riders must be signed off or cleared by a team coach. The motorcycle must be brought through tech to receive a new group sticker.
17 There is no stopping on the racetrack for any reason.
18 Riders who do not abide by the rules set forth for safe track procedures may be asked to leave for the day without refund.
19 Participants who fall down must re-tech their motorcycles prior re-entering the track.
20 Wheelies, stoppies, burnouts and reckless riding will not be tolerated on or off the track. Drag racing on the pit roads will not be tolerated and riders may be asked to leave the property.
21 All participants must attend the riders meeting.
22 Participants must be at least 14 years of age.
23 Participants under 18 must have legal consent with adult supervision and have completed mi-nor consent liability form.
24 It is the responsibility of each participant to carry current personal health insurance in case of an accident. If you do not have current health coverage we urge you not to participate.
25 On bike video equipment or video shooting must be approved during tech.
